oh, man, I didn’t get to see the shitstorm of physics on that post until now. good times. Yeah ill admit to not being an physicist or engineer, that’s why i got a comms degree, but this is the way I worked it out in my mind and it made sense. I ran it by a rocket scientist for fun (yes, for reals) and he gave it a thumbs up but again I’ll admit to only have a tentative grasp on the whole thing...also I dont really care, its just a thing I wrote. also, yeah, gender has nothing to do with this AT ALL. Lastly, i identify as a radioactive byproduct.

IN HIS DEFENSE, it was shared to the FP by “Nicole Conlan,” so he maybe just didn’t realize it was a shared post by someone else?

As for why use gender at all, maybe someone previously used “his” or “him” and this guy thought he was correcting them?

At any rate, that guy irritated me in general, so I’m not entirely inclined to take such a charitable view.

I spend as much time on the front page as I do on Oppo. On the whole, FP’ers and even burners aren’t bad. It’s just a few bad apples. And when I have had posts shared to the FP, I was lucky enough not to get any assholes. Still, you know they could come out of the woodwork at any time.
